Day 1: Switzerland – Verona
Journey via the Gotthard to Ticino. Lunch incl. drinks on Lake Lugano. Onward journey via Milan to Verona. Enjoy the evening atmosphere around the Arena. The hotel is located in the heart of the city.
Day 2: Verona & Opera (optional)
After Venice, Verona is the most important city of art in the Veneto. On a walk you will see the old town with the Piazza delle Erbe, the Castelvecchio and Juliet's House with its famous balcony. The afternoon is at your leisure. Dinner together at a top restaurant on Piazza Brà next to the Arena. Opera performance. After the opera, enjoy the atmosphere on the piazza.
Day 3: Verona & Opera (optional)
In the late morning, a sightseeing tour and a visit to the Basilica di San Zeno, one of the most beautiful Romanesque basilicas in Italy. On the tour you will discover breathtaking views of the city. The rest of the day is at your leisure. Opera performance.
Day 4: Verona - Switzerland
Return journey to Switzerland.
