Car Rouge is one of the few coach companies that is a member of the statutory Swiss Travel Industry Guarantee Fund. The money you pay for your trip is 100% secured there. Car Rouge thus meets all the provisions of the Swiss Package Travel Act. Travel companies with the travel guarantee logo guarantee you as a customer:

• Professional working practices
• A sound financial basis and valid liability insurance
• Protection of the travel money you have paid
• Return journey in the event of a travel company's insolvency

You can therefore pay the invoice amount for your trip with peace of mind. The money paid is 100% secured. Should an organiser become insolvent during your holiday, the Guarantee Fund ensures your journey home. Car Rouge has been a member of the Swiss Travel Industry Guarantee Fund since its foundation.

The Guarantee Fund was established by the Swiss Travel Association SRV as an independent foundation. All the major tour operators in Switzerland, such as Kuoni, Hotelplan and Imholz, are also part of it. The foundation board consists of seven representatives of travel companies of various sizes, sectors and regions of the country, as well as further advisers. In total, around 1‘400 Swiss and Liechtenstein organisers or intermediaries of package holidays take part in the Guarantee Fund. They meet the requirements set by the foundation with regard to expertise and solvency.
